Just let go and get crazy today!

This is a very random (but important!) post just to tell you that I think you should let go and get crazy tonight!!

Live Love Raw

Every day of our lives we try to behave. We hold back our feelings or desires either because we are afraid of people judging us or because it may not be socially acceptable. Well I think you should give yourself permission to go crazy once in a while, it’s good for you!!

I’m one of those types of people who’d rather do something fun and possibly regret it, than not do it and definitely regret it. Otherwise what’s the point in life if we just try to comply to other people’s rules and norms?

I find it upsetting how many people see things as black and white, for example, if you’re a vegetarian and one day someone sees you eating fish, they will tell the world you’re a fraud, or if you’re “spiritual” and you like to have a beer with your friends, it will cause judgement from other “spiritual” people, who themselves preach non-judgement and unconditional love.

We are all individual beings and we all have our own missions to complete. There is no right or wrong, so if you want to go dye your hair a crazy colour, go skinny dipping or make out with a random stranger on the dance floor, why not just do it? What you do is no ones business but yours, and those who truly love you will understand.

Sometimes we just need to get it out of our system, maybe we’ve been depressed for a while or just had a major life change, so go eat that tub of ice-cream if it makes you feel better (but just make it one!). Let out your inner child, let him or her have fun once in a while, stop suppressing what you really want to do for the sake of others.

Recently I sat in my car and suddenly felt so free…after a big life change, I finally felt like I could do whatever the hell I wanted, and so I went ahead and had the craziest weekend in a long time, I danced till 3am, slept till midday and did things that made my friends’ eyes round as a plate, I broke all healthy eating and spiritual “rules” and I had so much fun!! Ok so I didn’t eat animal products or drink alcohol, I have my limits and they’re important :))

That’s all you need sometimes, a weekend of totally random silliness to feel like yourself again. It gives you your power back, it makes you see the the world differently, of course I’m not saying that you should do this all the time, but a quick reboot is essential, in my opinion, for our personal growth (and FUN!!) :))) so go release your crazy side hahah!!
