Blueberry Bliss smoothie, sugar-free

Does a smoothie really need an introduction? This is one of the easiest and one of the most delicious smoothies that you can make.

Equipment: blender

Serves: 2

What you will need to make this heavenly Blueberry Bliss smoothie:

  • 3 large bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 1 3/4 cups almond milk

Blend all of it together in a high speed blender and enjoy! If you like your smoothies sweeter, then add a little bit of your favourite raw sweetener (e.g. dates, coconut sugar etc)
